Bangkok to Chiang Mai Express

Should you be short on time but need the sights north west of Bangkok (and really, who doesn't? ), this is the express trip for you. Take several days, pack them packed with wonderment and reflection in northern Thailand- Kanchanaburi, Ayutthaya, and Chiang Mai, and many of temples, castles and small villages to explore - and you have got a recipe for starters of the most memorable weeks you'll ever have. Toss in the simplicity of travel by teaches and buses and there isn't a way you'll feel like you're missing out on anything in this active region.


Day 1 Bangkok
Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Bangkok/Kanchanaburi(Breakfast | Dinner)
Enjoy a klong boat tour of Bangkok including a trip to Wat Po. Travel to Kanchanaburi and head to your floating rafthouse accommodation. Enjoy leisure time to explore.

Day 3 Kanchanaburi(Breakfast)
Get pleasure from a day of taking in the sights at Erawan Falls and the Bridge on the River Kwai. Explore the Allied War Cemetery, the Thai-Burmese Railway Centre and the JEATH War Art gallery to find out more on the area's history.

Day 4 Kanchanaburi/Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya(Breakfast)
Visit Ayutthaya and visit the historical sites of the old capital city. Decide to visit Chan Kasem National Museum and Chao Sam Phraya Museum.

Time 5 Phra Nakhon Dans le cas où Ayutthaya/Chiang Mai(Breakfast)
Spend a full day exploring Ayutthaya before boarding an over night train to Chiang Niente affatto.

Day 6 Chiang No
Arrive in Chiang No and explore the city. Visit Doi Suthep in the afternoon.

Day six Chiang Mai(Breakfast)
Depart at any time.
